Yes! at Uzman Home, all products displayed on the website are made to order. Once you make a purchase and confirm your order, it is then pushed for production within our factory. Once in production, the required materials and resources are then put together by our experienced craftsmen.

Since we receive a high volume of orders every day, any products purchased from our website are finalized and scheduled for delivery within 7 to 10 business days. Once the item is in the production stage it undergoes 4 stages that are as follows:

Construction and shaping of the frame; the structure and type of wood used vary from product to product. We at Exclusive Furniture factory only use 2 types of woods finely selected to match high-quality standards.

  • Solid Wood
  • MDF

Stage 2:

Foam padding of the frame; once the product is cleared off from stage 1, the frame is then foam-padded depending on the design of the product. we choose only premium foam for our products to maintain our quality standard.

Stage 3:

The upholstery of the padded frame; Finally the lushly padded frame is then upholstered using premier fabrics that match our quality standard. We have a huge collection of fabrics to select from. The upholstery includes tufting which again depends on the selected design of the product.

Stage 4:

Scheduled for Deliver; Once the production is completed the product is then scheduled for delivery.

We have a highly efficient delivery system and our products are delivered within 7 to 8 business working days from the date of purchase.

Yes! All our products are customizable as per your requirements. If you wish to customize just choose your product and get in touch with us over your preferred platform. We do not proceed with production before your confirmation.

Note: All customizations are subject to additional charges depending on the depth of materials and resources required.

You can customize any product as per your requirement and all aspects are considered such as the dimensions, the upholstery design, or any additional add-ons you prefer. Even if you have your own design in mind, it can be built and produced. Our in-house designers will provide you with a demo of your product before you proceed with the purchase.

DELIVERY

No, After acceptance of the order, it becomes non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

If the product is within warranty and falls under manufacturing damages or defect, we will arrange the pick-up and refurbish the product. We will ship this within 7 days from receiving the product.

Yes, it will be scheduled for delivery the following day or within 72hrs.

To Reschedule a delivery, you can simply contact our customer care team through WhatsApp, email or phone.

In the event that the customer was not present to receive his/her order. Our team will reschedule the delivery within the following 5 to 6 days with no charges. Contact us on +971566659175 to know the status of your delivery schedule.

1. Yes, you can 1 to 2 days prior to the dispatch of the delivery.
2. The large packages do not fit into the entry way or stairway
3. We encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. However, If the furniture does not fit, we will cancel the order and refund Its amount.

Yes. Customers will receive an invoice upon delivery through their email with all the details.
